The area is very peaceful; only residential, no traffic. Each of the new rooms is provided with a private bathroom.
Easily accessible by both car and public transport.
Start your day with a rich breakfast, including Italian coffee and cappuccino, fresh cheese and croissants, and lots more.
We are one of the few B&B's that can offer Single, Double, Triple and Quadruple Rooms, and have been recommended for our efficient cleaning.

The bed and breakfast is ideally located just 300 metres away from the historic centre of Lucca, in a peaceful area with no traffic.
Please note: the hotel does not have air conditioning. There are ceiling fans, an automatic ventilation system and sufficient natural ventilation. The building itself provides a naturally cool environment.
From this year Segways (stand up 2 wheel scooters) are available to rent at the hotel. Please be sure to book in advance.

Area information
We are very central, almost directly in the city centre which is a two minute walk. The residential area we are located in is very quiet, with no traffic, but it is easily accessible. We are near to all the major attractions and the historic architecture that characterises Lucca.
