This new hotel is situated on a picturesque hill on the outskirts of the historical town of Perugia, and offers panoramic views from all of its room windows.
The hotel’s structure and location makes it seem like a secluded and exotic village, and yet it is served by great transport links, including a bus to Perugia that stops directly outside the hotel.

By Car (from the E45):
- Take the Madonna Alta exit, towards Via Settevalli-Pila,
- Continue straight on at the first roundabout (second junction) into Via Berlinguer,
- Take the 2nd junction at the 2nd roundabout towards Via Settevalli.
- At the following roundabout after the 1st junction, turn right into Via Fiesole.
- After 100 meters, turn left and continue straight on for 100 metres until you reach the Resindeza Fontanelle.
