Each of the 401 spacious guestrooms and suites at the Hotel Principe di Savoia is decorated and furnished to reflect the warm and elegant atmosphere of 19th-century Lombard interior design, combined with the unobtrusive integration of modern technology.

Wainscot wood panel frames, wall-coverings of precious damask, and the furniture are inspired by the creations of the celebrated Maggiolini, so each room conveys a note of elegance and refinement.

The bathrooms are spacious, with marble tiling in soft colours and provide soft bathrobes and a telephone outlet.

In January 2006 the 48 new Deluxe Mosaic Rooms, all overlooking Piazza della Repubblica, were opened to the public. They are decorated with modern design and the large bathrooms feature glass mosaic for the most modern comfort and luxury.

The hotel is 5 minutes from the main train station, Stazione Centrale.

By air:
The hotel is 20 minutes from Linate airport, which is just 7 km from the city centre. Special airport buses connect the air terminal to Piazza Luigi di Savoia, on the east side of Stazione Centrale, near the city centre.

The hotel is 45 minutes from Malpensa airport. A frequent shuttle bus and taxis are available for transfer from the airport to the centre of Milan. The train Malpensa Express runs from Malpensa Airport to Cadorna Station, which is connected to the rest of Milan by metro.

By metro:
The metro station closest to the hotel is Repubblica. The hotel can order taxis on request.
