The Hotel Punta de l'Est, made up of two communicating villas, is directly on the beach placed in a quiet and peaceful position in Francavilla Al Mare, a friendly and well-equipped seaside resort on the Adriatic coast.
The hotel is owned by the Ticchi family, who since 1969, has managed it with passion and competence by joining the warm hospitality of their home land, Romagna, with the traditions of Abruzzo, a strong and gentle land.
This place is made for those who want to spend a holiday in a relaxing seaside accommodation with an intimate and friendly atmosphere.

The hotel is divided in two communicating parts: the Mother House and the Little House. Each of the two structures has different types of rooms with a common character :a close and familiar atmosphere where everything is harmonious and sunny. In the Mother House the most particular situations are found such as the rooms with a wide terrace with flowers and a spectacular view of the sea. The modern and pleasant furniture and the good comfort make them ideal for both a work-stay and a holiday characterised by quiet and enjoyment. The hotel holds 52 rooms (among which 3 couples of communicating rooms)each of them is placed in such a way to offer a charming view of the sea or of the garden. They are all equipped with private balcony, internal services with shower-box, hair-dryer and courtesy-set, air-conditioning with individual regulation, direct telephone, sat-TV and refrigerator-bar. WI-FI system is available in all areas of the hotel.
